Wat erin zit
De sociale kwetsbaarheidskaart laat zien welke groepen de gevolgen van hitte zwaarder voelen in de provincie Zuid-Holland op buurtniveau. In deze kaart zijn twee indicatoren uitgewerkt die een eerste beeld geven voor sociale kwetsbaarheid bij hitte. Deze indicatoren zijn ouderen (65 plus) met een broze gezondheid en huishoudens onder of rond het sociaal minimum.Verdere uitleg bij de kaart en definities zijn te vinden op: https://www.klimaateffectatlas.nl/nl/sociale-kwetsbaarheid-hitte.
