Sinds 1 januari 2023 is het Centraal Instrument Monitoring Luchtkwaliteit (CIMLK), het instrument voor de ondersteuning van monitoring van de luchtkwaliteit. Deze monitoring gebeurt per 1 januari 2024 in het kader van de Omgevingswet, als opvolging van het Nationaal Samenwerkingsprogramma Luchtkwaliteit (NSL).
