4D Objects-By-Change (4D-OBCs, Anders et al., 2021) derived from the Noordwijk permanent laser scanning (PLS) dataset (Vos et al., 2023). Descriptive features have been derived from the 4D-OBCs and stored in a Pandas DataFrame (`df_objects.pkl`). This DataFrame is used to organize and cluster similar 4D-OBCs that describe particular types of sandy beach surface dynamics (`df_objects_grouped.pkl`).
