This dataset supports the study “Calcium phosphate recovery from fresh dairy manure: Understanding mineral competition during anaerobic digestion.” It contains experimental and modeling data obtained from batch experiments investigating storage and anaerobic digestion processes of fresh dairy manure.The dataset includes all measured physicochemical parameters reported in the associated publication, covering both liquid and solid phase analyses. In addition, PHREEQC geochemical modeling was performed to evaluate mineral formation and competition under different experimental conditions. The provided PHREEQC scripts (.phr) correspond to four experimental scenarios and were used to calculate saturation indices of relevant mineral phases.The dataset consists of raw and processed experimental data in .xlsx format, along with PHREEQC input scripts required to reproduce the modeling results. These data enable the analysis of calcium phosphate formation in relation to competing mineral phases during anaerobic digestion and storage of manure.
