Supporting dataset for: "Designing for Self-Tailoring in Adolescent Health Behavior Change"
What's in it
This dataset contains the anonymised research data underlying the two studies reported in the paper. Both studies used a Research through Design approach with first-year bachelor students to investigate how adolescents construct, apply, and reflect on their own health behavior change strategies. Study 1 (exploratory) examined how participants designed, ran, and revised a self-chosen behavior change experiment across two workshops with an online check-in at the midpoint. Study 2 (generative) tested a strategy menu, examining how participants selected and rated strategies for a chosen goal domain. Participant free-text responses are retained verbatim in the original Dutch; column labels are in English. Numeric ratings and categorical fields are language independent.
