What's in it
This repository consists of code to reproduce the results of the paper "MUSICiAn: Genome-wide Identification of Genes Involved in DNA Repair via Control-Free Mutational Spectra Analysis". The code to reproduce the paper is shared at: https://github.com/joanagoncalveslab/MUSICiAn No experimental data was collected as part of this project, this project only utilised previously publicly available datasets. Details on accessing this data are fully described in the Methods section; "Data and preprocessing", "Mutational outcome data".
