Data underlying the publication: Tactics of infrastructures in transitions: exploring the space between decarbonization strategies and operational practices in Dutch infrastructure organizations

This study explores the activities that are undertaken between sustainability strategies and everday operations of the public infrastructure organizations in the Netherlands. Based on three case organizations, and totally 34 semi-structured interviews, the study codes tactical functions in and across the infrastructure organizations. For Organization A- National water and mobility infrastructure (n=10), for Organization B- Regional drinking water utility infrastructure (n=13), for Organization C- Regional electricity distribution infrastructure (n=11) interviews have been conducted and coded with Gioia analysis to reveal the patterns of tactical functions as (i) translating (ii)trade-off (iii)taking advantage (iv) transferring functions. The data set involves the organizational comparison of counted analysis as well, together with the reviewed documents.
